En route pour Viclaotjan Zencachiar

Today was a big day because I finally took my flight tickets. I have a specific RTW ticket which is basically based on continents and not miles. Therefore the plan (that is meant to be flexible, especially the dates) is the following:

6 March 2009: London (Heathrow) - Hanoi
Coast of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and North of Thailand

5 June Bangkok - Tokyo
Probably visit of Tokyo, Kyoto and Nagasaki and more if possible

26 June Tokyo - Cairns
2 months on the coral reef and one month working (whatever I find)

14 October Sydney - Queenstown (NZ)
After the capital of extreme sports, direction the south of the Southern Island to look for the hobbits

9 November Queenstown - Auckland
I was told the Roturoa volcano is a must-see and then a rest of around 2 weeks in New Caledonia is planned

10 December Auckland - Santiago de Chile
A bit of time in North Chile and then I head south to the bottom and then go north through Argentina to end up slowly to Buenos Aires

Feb 2010 (?) Buenos Aires - London (and then Normandy)
March 2010 (?) Return to "normal" life (?)

To sum up, 11 months, 10 countries, Christmas and new year eve somewhere in South America, numerous stunning landscapes meeting many new people and living so many things I still have no idea about!!!
If any of you knows great places I should not miss in the 10 countries I visit I am more than happy to hear from you.
